Our client faced several challenges in its content production and marketing operations. Its traditional processes were too slow and expensive, with duplicate roles and inefficiencies caused by a lack of upstream standards and governance. These issues resulted in inconsistent and delayed project deliveries, impacting the client’s ability to scale and adapt quickly to market demands.

THE SOLUTION
To address these challenges, we partnered with our client to implement an integrated content production and journey execution model. This model involved:

  • Integrated workflow and automation: Streamlining processes to turn weeks into days and days into hours by leveraging no-code content production and automated content delivery
  • Content hub: Establishing a content hub that integrates design, production and review processes, enabling faster speed to market and improved consistency using no-/low-code automation tools such as Dyspatch
  • Standardization and best practices: Developing standardized agency-supplied requirements, project timing and asset management, as well as using AI to accelerate the med-legal review process

THE RESULTS
The implementation of the integrated content production and journey execution model resulted in significant improvements:

  • Cost savings: Achieved a 34% to 48% reduction in cost through standardized operations and empowered digital producers
  • Speed to market: Production times dramatically reduced, with HTML production and journey execution times cut by 33% to 79%
