KATIE BELLER

Group Creative Director

Katie Beller is a seasoned creative leader with a profound ability to connect with human truths, crafting resonant and impactful work across HCP, patient and DTC audiences. With a dynamic career spanning over two decades, she has built compelling campaigns in a wide variety of therapeutic areas, such as rare disease, dermatology, diabetes, ADHD and device.

Katie’s work has garnered countless awards, including Cannes Lions, Clios and Mannys. Notable campaigns in her portfolio are the Stryker “GetAround knee” campaign and “Tackle Can Wait” for the Concussion Legacy Foundation.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from The Ohio State University. She remains passionate about pushing creative boundaries and achieving results that get noticed and help to move clients’ brands forward.

CHRISTINA HILLESTAD

VP, Project Management

Christina Hillestad is a dynamic leader in project management and operations, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and leading large teams through complex transformations.  

As VP, PMO at EVERSANA INTOUCH, she leads the Solutions PMO team, spearheading operational improvements, change management initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and restructured project management teams, developed agency-wide processes, and guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions. 

Christina’s leadership style is rooted in creating sustainable, people-centric cultures, navigating change while ensuring teams remain engaged, efficient, and empowered. Her expertise spans project management, resource planning, workflow optimization, and team development.  

Beyond her corporate career, she has worked as a Fractional COO, helping small businesses establish operational frameworks, and has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner. 

She was a founding member of Chiefs Chicago, a volunteer with Share Food Share Love, and served for four years on the board of Ten Thousand Villages Oak Park, a nonprofit fair-trade organization.

MEGAN O’CONNOR

Known for helping brands and companies grow, Megan combines her 360-degree experience in marketing with a relentless pursuit of business goals and expectations. She leads with a personal passion for the work and a sense of humor. Megan champions  measurement and analysis that’s tied directly to consumer behavior and the ability of programs to deliver on brand imperatives. Her expertise includes strategy, client service, brand management, new business development, and data analytics. She also has an entrepreneurial streak – Megan has launched and managed multiple businesses, including MOC Marketing and Muscolo Meat Academy and was a radio show producer and host of “No Chefs Allowed” on the Heritage Radio Network.

EVP, Managing Director Strategic Planning

With 20 years of experience, Shelby has worked in strategy across most sectors of health including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, devices, hospital systems, OTC and wellness. ​A career dominated by pharma, with an 8-year hiatus to test out the world of consumer focused on health, hospital systems and home brands. It was this phase that drove her desire to find cultural relevance for all brands in the health space.

She has vast global and launch experience and gravitates towards the complexity of product portfolios. No matter the assignment, she aims to solve meaningful problems for people that ultimately drive brand and business success.

A woman on a mission to organize chaos and solve unspoken problems. Shelby seamlessly shifts from creating strategic frameworks to sorting Legos with her two girls. And when she isn’t organizing something, she is most likely outside hiking. ​

She is passionate about delivering agile, impactful solutions that help clients overcome complex challenges in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Her expertise spans HCP and consumer marketing, patient services, oncology, and rare disease, always ensuring strategies evolve to meet the needs of both healthcare professionals and patients. Alexis is recognized for her customer-centric approach, which drives meaningful business impact, and was a 2019 MM&M Young Marketer of the Year nominee.
