Betsy has 25+ years of healthcare marketing experience. Betsy’s first job at a healthcare advertising agency was as an entry-level account person. Her passion for learning and helping HCPs and patients helped her grow and advance. She is now a trusted advisor to her team and clients as SVP, managing director.
Betsy has extensive experience in marketing to HCPs, consumers, and patients. She has a proven track record of developing integrated brand communications that achieve impact and drive business. She prizes working with strategic planning, CX, content strategy, creative, and medical to help brands develop and deliver more relevant messages to their customers.
Beyond fostering relationships, Betsy is a master at anticipating brands’ needs. She has been integral in leading an oncology brand to launch a next generation iVA, collaborating with a pharmaceutical company on elevating their patient customer experience, and advising brand on effectively reaching the right targets.
She has a wide range of therapeutic experience including but not limited to diabetes, immunology, oncology, women’s health, pediatrics, dermatology, osteoarthritis, hereditary cancer screening, and genetic testing.

SARAH GADDY
VP, Project Management
Sarah brings 15 years of experience in account and project management, having transitioned into healthcare advertising after working as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. She combines a creative fine arts background with a passion for helping others. As an Intouch boomerang, she now leads a project management team that supports a diverse portfolio of clients. A natural problem solver, Sarah’s leadership style is rooted in kindness and empathy. She fosters a collaborative culture where team members feel both supported and challenged to grow. Throughout her career, Sarah has led initiatives across digital, omnichannel, print, and media—showcasing adaptability and precision in managing AOR and DAOR accounts in therapeutic areas including oncology, rare disease, GI, and both men’s and women’s health. She thrives in fast-paced environments, always aiming to bring clarity and efficiency to complex projects.
Sarah continues to embrace her creative background through her passion for interior design and love of cooking—eschewing the typical project manager’s mindset by never following a recipe.

Carter brings more than 18 years of experience in developing traditional and digital marketing strategies that connect with audiences at the right place and time. She’s passionate about putting the customer first and partnering with clients to build strong strategic foundations, solve complex business challenges, and create immersive, meaningful experiences. She believes in the power of data and technology to drive customer experience innovation. With a focus on robust omnichannel strategy, Carter leverages advanced technology to create high-impact, personalized experiences that move brands toward omnichannel maturity. Carter is a skilled home chef and reality junkie, counting both Ina Garten and Andy Cohen among her heroes.

SEAN HARTIGAN
Managing Director, Strategic Planning
Sean has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, with 18 years in pharmaceutical healthcare advertising and marketing, delivering brand-driving strategies for clients of all sizes with products at all lifecycle stages. He has experience in therapeutic categories including allergy, anti-infectives, cardiovascular, CNS, dermatology, diagnostics, endocrine disorders, mental and psychological disorders, oncology, pain management, pulmonary diseases, rheumatology, transplantation, urology, and women’s health. He has deep AOR launch experience leading the development of brand positioning, brand identity, lexicon, and brand campaigns. He also has years of DAOR experience leading teams to pull brand strategies through to integrated, data-driven, and customer-centric omnichannel plans that drive brand performance for consumer and professional audiences. Sean is an avid mystery novel reader and collector and is penning his first mystery.

Whether it’s a breakthrough TV spot or a fully integrated campaign, she makes sure every piece aligns with the bigger picture and delivers real impact.

And beyond winning them, Lauren has had a seat at the table as a jury member for many of those top honors—helping shape and define what great looks like within the industry.

Joshua leads a portfolio of paid media clients across our Chicago, Boston, and New York offices. He works across both patient and HCP media and has more than 12 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying. Prior to his career in pharmaceutical-focused media, Joshua worked extensively in consumer media across digital, broadcast/cable television, print, out-of-home, direct marketing, and radio. His breadth of knowledge allows him to synthesize capabilities and advancements from these various channels into innovative, strategic media campaigns for his clients.
