With a background in economics, expertise in digital communication and marketing experience in healthcare business, Michela joined Healthware in 2001, focusing first on business development and then moving to the Client Engagement team. Her healthcare experience includes local, regional and global projects across the EU and U.S.

PAOLO GUGLIELMONI

Paolo has more than two decades of experience in copywriting and advertising, gained at Leo Burnett, and – since 2012 – in his entrepreneurial and consulting activity.
At Leo Burnett he was the only creative director to have hybrid responsibility, traditional and digital advertising for his clients, developing ideas and creative platforms for clients such as Nintendo, Breil, Kellogg’s, Lindt and P&G, as well as handling field marketing and experiential marketing for Philip Morris. He has won both national and international creative awards and is the only Italian creative present in the collection of the Musée de la Publicité of the Louvre.
As a solopreneur, he formulated his own creative method – action copywriting – the only one validated through neuromarketing. In 2018, his work for Yves Rocher was included in the YouTube Ads Leaderboard. He is a keynote speaker, lecturer and trainer, and was a professor of viral creativity and advertising in English at NABA and IULM in Milan.

James has been working in the fields of communications, advertising, media and digital for over three decades. With more than 10 years spent in the leading agency holding groups based in London, he has also lived and worked for two decades in the high-growth markets of China, Russia, South America and Southeast Asia.
He has worked across multiple categories, including FMCG, financial, automotive, retail, technology and luxury, and helped to build many of the market-leading brands from the largest organizations in the world. His health and wellness experience includes global product launches for the largest pharmaceutical companies as well as digital transformation support for Europe-based pharma brands.

Elisabetta has 20 years of experience in pharma-healthcare communications and consultancy, with a focus in the medical prescription and disease communications targeted to healthcare providers. With a solid scientific background and expert knowledge in promotional and medical communications purposes, she always demands timely and high-quality delivery from her team.
She is also actively engaged in the scientific strategy and development of digital therapies (DTx), is part of boards aimed at defining policies for their validation and access, and serves as a subject matter expert for speeches and consults in the DTx space.
