As June comes to a close, we reflect on the vibrant celebrations that took place throughout Pride Month at EVERSANA INTOUCH. We honored the LGBTQIA+ community with a variety of fun events across the agency.
Rainbow Bagel Baking Class
To celebrate the month, employees had the opportunity to learn how to make rainbow bagels at home. The class was a fun and inclusive experience, teaching participants how to craft eye-catching, Instagram-worthy rainbow bagels. It was a unique way to honor Pride Month, combining the joy of baking with recognizing and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
Coffee Break Series: Pride Month Edition
To honor Pride Month, we hosted a Pride Month edition of the popular Coffee Break Series hosted by Michael Tatasciore, Manager, Culture and Events, with speakers Heather Rae Martin, Senior Director, Consulting, Pricing & Market Access Global Products, and Metta Chase, Art Supervisor.
The conversation focused on the theme “Reflect, Empower, Unite” and provided the chance to hear our team members’ personal anecdotes and experiences, allowing open and honest discussions about how we can continue to amplify all voices.
Pride Happy Hour and Drag Bingo
Our offices held Pride Month happy hours complete with rainbow-colored sweet treats and drag bingo. For remote employees, we offered the fan-favorite virtual drag bingo with Heidi N Closet, a contestant in Season 12 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
LGBTQIA+ Professional Network Co-Chairs Michael Tatasciore and Metta Chase expressed what made this Pride Month special to them.
“This year’s Pride initiatives were impactful because we got to host and hear from an incredibly wide and diverse group of people who span multiple gender identities, orientations, backgrounds and ethnicities, showing how vast the queer experience is and how many people make up our incredible queer community,” said Tatasciore.
We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate and honor our LGBTQIA+ colleagues. We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, and we remain committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
“The Pride initiatives showed me, once again, what a positive and supportive environment EVERSANA is. It’s encouraging to see engagement from such a variety of people, both from within the queer community and from so many allies,” said Chase.
