Empowered Women, Leading the Future: Advancing Health and Beyond

March is a special month at EVERSANA® and EVERSANA INTOUCH as we join our global communities in celebrating Women’s History Month. This month is dedicated to recognizing and honoring the invaluable contributions of women throughout history and today. At EVERSANA INTOUCH, we are proud to support and empower the amazing women who drive our success every day.

A Month of Empowerment and Education

This year, our Women Professionals Network chose the theme for Women’s History Month “Empowered Women, Leading the Future: Advancing Health and Beyond.” This intention was to highlight the vital role women play in driving innovation, improving healthcare, and shaping a brighter future for all. Throughout the month, we organized a series of events and educational opportunities to celebrate and honor the achievements of women within our organization and beyond.

There are many examples of women who are leading advancement and innovation in life sciences, from CEOs of large pharma to pioneers in Femtech, as well as our own women leaders at EVERSANA. This theme provides an opportunity to showcase some of these women who are innovating to make a difference.”
– Katya Svoboda, Partner, EVERSANA® MANAGEMENT CONSULTING and Women Professionals Network Co-Chair

Coffee Break Speaker Series

In recognition of Women’s History Month, we held a special edition of our Coffee Break Speakers Series featuring Michelle Ziekert, EVP, MD, Global Creative, EVERSANA INTOUCH, and Sarah Zwicky, Chief Marketing & Corporate Communications Officer, EVERSANA, to discuss their backgrounds and experiences as women in the workplace. They shared personal journeys, leadership philosophies and advice for aspiring female leaders. Their stories were both inspiring and empowering, providing valuable lessons for all attendees.

“Play into your own personal strengths and be authentic. Know how to use your own superpowers and apply them.” – Sarah Zwicky

“Finding time for people is a priority. It’s a reciprocal ‘give back’ program.”  – Michelle Ziekert
