Amy Swissler Hutnik, General Manager, Agency, Advisory & Evidence Services, EVERSANA; and Paula Hackl, SVP, Managing Director, Transformation Officer, EVERSANA Intouch; have each been recognized by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) as leading businesswomen in healthcare.
Paula was named a Rising Star by the HBA, which signifies a woman who contributes significantly to her organization, exemplifying leadership and dedication.
Paula has 20 years of international experience in the telecommunications, artificial intelligence, and professional services industries. Since joining Intouch in 2018, she has played a critical role in operations: streamlining processes, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring that a client-centric approach remains at the forefront. As the head of Business Transformation, Paula has successfully implemented business transformation throughout the network, engaging a cross-functional group of leaders to execute high-priority changes for the organization, our clients, and the teams she oversees.
Amy was named a Luminary by the HBA, which is an award given to a woman (who has previously been honored as a Rising Star) for their ongoing and significant impact on the healthcare industry.
Luminaries are active role models, mentors, and sponsors to other women in the field, and are “a shining example of transformational leadership” that the HBA wants to formally recognize.
Both leaders will be honored May 10 at the annual HBA Women of the Year event. Congratulations to both Amy and Paula for this acknowledgement of your work!
